What a way to end October this week. With half term and Halloween we were in no short supply of things to do. However you spent the spooky season, I hope you’ve now recovered from the weekend and are looking forward to a cosy and calm week ahead.
There will unfortunately be no annual fireworks on Viking Bay beach this year, but, as they’ve only just been called off, there’s still plenty going on for it on Thursday night regardless. Giant Coffee are serving crumble and Baileys hot chocolates at their Fireworks Lates, there’s bands in the pubs, and plenty more to get you and about, should you want to.
For a little look ahead at the rest of November, take a peek at our round up below. From craft evenings to board games nights, it’s looking like a great one. Make sure you pass us on to your friends so they can also get our free weekly listings each week and plan ahead.
Don’t miss out - Kim xx

Finally, 4 Things To Know…
I mention it a lot above, but this is your final reminder… Remember, remember that there are NO fireworks on Viking Bay this Thursday.
If you’re wondering what’s happened to Foliage, they sadly closed their doors for the final time on Saturday. We’ll be the first to let you know if anyone announces they’ve bought it or will be taking over the space for something else.
Exciting news: Margate Rocks has just announced that it will be going open air in 2027! Their new beach side location will be none other than Joss Bay. Pop 1 August 2027 in your diaries 🌊🎸
As it’s November now I feel like I can mention the C word. Little Wave Deli’s Christmas cheese pre-orders are now open. You can now place a pre-order and arrange collection in-store from 14 Dec with a 50% deposit required. Pop in or drop them a DM.
