Farmers' Market, New Art Gallery & Sound Baths
If anything there's TOO much to do this Easter...
The Easter holidays are now in full swing, and hopefully you’ve all been enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend so far. I know I have!
The Food Festival was on all weekend, I enjoyed my first açai bowl of the season on the beach at Namaka, there’s been so many Easter events in town, and, for a Summer lover like me, it’s been very exciting to see so many places opening up their doors for the season over the last few days too.
We made it through!
If you need inspiration for what to do with your Easter Monday today, as well as the rest of the week, there’s loads of options below, plus more that still apply on last week’s newsletter too.
Let’s hope for some endless sunny days so we can make the most of it all!
Until next week, don’t miss out - Kim xx

Happy 10 years to Thanet’s favourite way of getting around – the Open Top Bus! The hugely popular service reopened for the 2026 season this weekend, and the best bit about it is they’ve added Broadstairs High Street into the route this year, getting you even closer to our shops and beaches as you hop on and hop off.
Fancy an evening of lols, wine, beer, coffee and snacks? Salt are hosting a comedy night next month, with stand-up comic Adam Morrison Jones. Taking place on Sat 16 May, find out more and book your spot here.
Sea, Spirit and Stones Store has announced some dates for Children’s Circles and Family Healing Sessions this week! This one’s officially Ramsgate, but I drove past the build for REWD Padel, Thanet’s first ever padel club, this week and it’s getting closer to opening every single day! They launched their first memberships this week too. Keep an eye on updates yourself here.
If you’re familiar with Scorcha Skate School, which runs weekly lessons at Broadstairs skate park, you’ll be aware they’re currently running a crowdfunder to replace their van, so they can continue to get skateboarding to even more young people in the community. They have lots of fun events going on locally, and you can support them here. Let’s get them back on the road!
Thanks for reading! If you found this useful, please share with a friend so we can continue to grow in Broadstairs and beyond!
And if you missed it…last week’s newsletter still has lots of things happening that you need to know about.
