🍹Turner Lates Is Back
Fri 10 Sep, 5.30pm - 9pm
I love how Turner Lates bring so many faces from across Margate together. It’s your last chance to check out Dominican artist Hulda Guzmán’s paintings. Her work is like open portals into vibrant, dreamlike worlds, where mythical beings exist in close dialogue with nature. But there’s also so much else happening!
Don’t miss singer songwriter Yazmin Lacey plays an intimate live set of jazz, R&B and electronica, poet Rachel Long will run a creative writing workshop, sustainable designer Eirinn Hayhow hosts a mindful making session using foraged natural materials. There’s a scent led exploration of the exhibition with Robin Bayley, plant based Jamaican inspired food from Denai Moore of Dee’s Table, bespoke cocktails, floral installations and a scented welcome created with Dulcie. Phew!
