Finally, 5 Things To Know…
There’s so much being announced for over the Summer Holidays at the moment. Make sure you’re signed up to our weekly newsletters and that you follow us on Instagram to make sure you’re up-to-date with what’s going on, particularly over the next few weeks as we’ll be sharing it all!
On that note… Tide and Seek announced their Summer Beach School dates this week, which will be taking place on Stone Bay on 10, 19 and 21 Aug. A favourite in my household, don't wait too long to book your child's place as they get snapped up. Find out more and DM Sophie here.
The Best of Times Bookshop also announced its first event this week. Join them for a special evening with author Liz Bentley to discuss her inspiring book, Confessions of a Wounded Healer, on 1 August.
We’ve got a lovely refurbished tennis court in town – Your Leisure took over operating five of Thanet’s public tennis venues last week, including the Memorial Rec in Broadstairs. Check out the court’s new look and book a session here.
And a huge congrats to our friends at Don’t Miss Margate, which is now an award-winning newsletter! DMM won ‘Best Local Newsletter at the Publisher Newsletter Awards’ this week. Congrats to Don’t Miss founder Georgina, so very well deserved! If you don’t yet, give DMM a follow.
Thanks for reading! If you found this useful, please share it so we can continue to grow in Broadstairs and beyond!
And if you missed it… last week’s newsletter still has lots of things happening that you might want to know about.
Don't Miss This Week: Sips + Snax Night, Blind Wine Tasting & Farmers' Market
